About Me
I have been a staff writer for The Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science's student-led newspaper, The Vision, for two years now.
My junior year I started the class because I was intrigued about the way a school newspaper ran, since my last school did not have one. All that year I worked on writing articles across the newspaper's categories. Often, however, there were weeks where I found myself writing for the class simply because I had to. This year, my senior year, I was determined to get more involved. Over the summer I applied for the position of Social Media Editor and gained myself a leadership role. I then took on the task of being the Head Art Editor for our school literary magazine, Southern Voices. |
